SmartifyPro Refund and After-Sales Policy
At SmartifyPro, our primary goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to deliver products of the highest quality and within the promised timeframe. However, if you encounter any issues, our refund and after-sales policy is here to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Package
Non-delivery: If a package that has been delivered was not received by you for any reason, or if the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to the local processing center. In this case, you may request a reshipment within 7 days from the date of delivery. The cost of reshipment will be $15 USD, and you must provide updated contact information or a new address (within the same country). If the reshipment is unsuccessful, your order will be closed, and the package will be discarded by default.
Lost, Incorrect, or Stolen Product: If the product you received is lost, incorrect, or stolen, SmartifyPro will gladly issue a refund or reship the product free of charge. To do so, please provide us with the following:
- – If only one item from your package is missing: A photo of all received items along with the shipping label.
- – If you received the wrong product: A photo of all received items along with the shipping label.
- – If the entire package is missing: Proof of non-receipt and a refund request.
Damaged or Defective Product
If the product you received is damaged or defective, SmartifyPro will be happy to issue a full refund or reship the product. The only condition is that within 7 days of receiving your order, you provide us with evidence of the damage or defect (photo or video), the shipping slip, and the barcode. Please note that minor scratches and dents are not covered under this policy.
Refund Conditions for Custom Products
Custom products made to your specifications are non-refundable. Due to the specific costs incurred in sourcing materials and manufacturing custom products, no requests for refunds or compensation related to these products will be accepted. However, if the custom product has an obvious quality issue, you have the right to request a replacement.
Extended Shipping Delays
If your order is subject to SmartifyPro’s standard shipping options and arrives more than 30 days after the estimated shipping time, we will be happy to issue a refund or reship the product.
Special Cases
Please note that after-sales services are not available in cases such as remote area addresses, P.O. boxes, or if the package is refused by you.
How to Request a Refund or Reshipment
If you need to request a refund or reshipment, please contact SmartifyPro’s support team and submit your request along with the necessary documentation. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days and may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.
